TIP Group is Europe’s leading truck and trailer leasing, rental, and maintenance specialist, with over 90,000 assets across 130 locations. With the ambition to significantly grow revenue by 2030 through its One TIP strategy, digital was identified as a critical growth pillar. However, existing digital capabilities were falling short of both customer expectations and internal employee needs. TIP wanted to strengthen its digital foundation and define a future-proof customer proposition that could support scalable growth, improve customer experience, and enable digital, data and AI driven value creation across the organization.
