First, we analyzed the consumer dynamics, current competitive landscape, and setup of Schiphol Consumers in order to map digital developments and identify growth opportunities. In a joint effort, we shaped the vision, prioritized initiatives and translated this into a 3-yr strategic roadmap. Next, we supported Schiphol Consumers in the roll-out of this roadmap, by implementing an effective project setup & workplan, running a project management office, and bringing expertise to the individual initiatives.
The clear vision & plan created the required focus for Schiphol Consumers. Combined with the execution focused project setup, the organization was enabled to realize a quick roll-out of the first initiatives towards their digital ambition.
