Stephan Weenk

Stephan holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft and an MSc in Climate Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he specialized in machine learning and climate policy. A passionate advocate for sustainability, he co-founded Sustainable Students Consultancy, an initiative helping students gain hands-on experience while advising big clients on environmental strategy. He gained additional experience through roles at Invest-NL, ABN AMRO, and the Environmental Assessment Agency. At SparkOptimus, he combines his entrepreneurial mindset and climate expertise to help clients unlock the transformative potential of sustainability and GenAI. Outside of work, Stephan is an active policy advisor for a political party and enjoys playing music, cycling, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
