Lennard graduated cum laude BSc. in International Business from Maastricht University and MSc. in Management from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management with a focus on strategy and innovation. His master thesis investigated organizational adoption processes of emerging innovations.Lennard's experience in business model transformation stems from his time in the strategic transformation division of the global business travel pure player HRS Group and his consulting work at KPMG and Kearney.Located in the Düsseldorf office, Lennard uses his background in consulting and digital transformation to support companies in serving their customers better.During his studies, Lennard lived in Hong Kong and Lisbon. Reflecting his taste in good wine, he helped a regional winery in Hong Kong develop a digital sourcing and distribution strategy. He is enthusiastic about exploring new places and practicing various kinds of sports, including hockey, football, and tennis.
