What's inside

We have entered a new era of technology-driven disruption. This presents risks, but also a tremendous opportunity to change your company. This book is about how to make disruption work for you — and it is based on our experience transforming some of the biggest companies in the world.

Digital disruption will continue to impact every sector and industry on earth, creating new ways for companies to serve customers better, faster and cheaper than ever before. Those companies that adapt and make disruption work, win big; those that don't get boiled like frogs.

Disruption needn't be a threat. It's a power, and it's in your hands.
