The Make Disruption Work Masterclass covers one working day and is divided in three blocks
In the morning sessions the first two steps in the 5D model will be discussed: discover & define.
You will be included in the strategies of existing disruptive players and which technologies can cause further disruption in the (near) future.
In addition, we show you how to develop a vision by showing you what digitization and new technology means in practice for business models and the customer proposition.
After lunch we will discuss the other three topics from the 5D model: describe, drive & delight.
We start the afternoon with handles how you turn your vision into requirements for a business model, technological requirements, and operation & organization. Topics that are reviewed are cross-functional teams, data-driven operations and agile working.
Now that you have a vision and have mapped out all the requirements, it is time to make the plan concrete. We show you which steps you need to follow in order to enable your organization to use disruption for growth. We will go into this when you have to take the steps, how you organize the transformation and keep it on schedule.
The final part of the masterclass concerns the actual realization of the plan. Questions we answer are: how do you take stakeholders into the transition? How do you convince people of the need to change?
At the end of the master class you have become acquainted with all the tools to make you the change leader within your organization.
The day ends with a networking drink where you can talk about the day or exchange experiences with your fellow participants. The speakers of the day are also present for further questions that have not been answered during the sessions.
