Brand New Day, the leading Dutch alternative for (tax-friendly) long-term capital growth, has successfully entered the pension, insurance, and investment market and is growing rapidly. To be able to continue to grow, Brand New Day’s strategy required an organization that can handle a larger scope, but remains customer-first and lean.
SparkOptimus facilitated a one-day workshop with Brand New Day’s management to review the strategy implications and develop a way to organize around new & existing activities & capabilities. First, the current situation and strategic objectives were reviewed. Next, upcoming changes and expected bottlenecks were identified for which several solutions were explored. Finally, the solutions were assessed and next steps were developed on how to move forward, based on key insights from the assessment.
In a joint workshop, SparkOptimus’ and Brand New Day’s areas of expertise were rapidly combined to address key organizational implications in a pragmatic way to continue the current growth path.
