Defining an integrated digital commerce strategy
Kramp is Europe’s largest agricultural spare parts wholesaler, with 80-90% of its revenues being online based. Realizing that the online environment is extremely dynamic, Kramp asked SparkOptimus to review strategic options and develop a five-year vision and roadmap to enable Kramp to be future-proof and realize the next wave of online growth.
“SparkOptimus helped us in structuring and assessing future dynamics, translating them into priorities and a road map that enables us to focus on what makes most sense for us from a business perspective.”
Eddie Perdok
CEO KrampSparkOptimus supported Kramp by developing a structured view on the most important (value chain) dynamics and critical uncertainties. Based on this, a vision was formulated and translated into a roadmap with prioritized programs (with a description, action plan and required resources per program), and a supporting organizational infrastructure to monitor the environment, while executing the roadmap.
Kramp’s board has agreed on the vision and the roadmap and has started implementation of the plan.
