Developing and implementing the digital strategic plan
Amor is a world-leading distributor of affordable precious jewelry, selling over eight million pieces of jewelry annually. In addition to its own brands Amor and Noelani, the company also markets jewelry under retailers’ private labels. As digital developments were accelerating, Amor wanted to ensure it was well-positioned to capitalize on the growing digital channel, and asked SparkOptimus to help identify and assess key digital growth opportunities.

SparkOptimus first mapped the digital growth opportunity for Amor’s focus markets. Based on a series of interviews and SparkOptimus’ digital expertise, we then defined a coherent set of initiatives on how to grow both direct online sales as well as indirect online sales (through partner websites). Finally, we mapped the organizational and technological requirements to successfully implement these initiatives.
