Greetz is the leading online greeting card service in the Netherlands. They recently added categories like flowers and balloons to their offering. To fully embrace the new e-commerce multi-category organization, Greetz asked SparkOptimus to support the implementation of category tables within the company.

CEO GreetzSparkOptimus kick-started the new e-commerce multi-category organization by organizing workshops for the different categories with the aim to fully understand and embrace the new way of working and together develop an action plan for the coming period. Structure and processes for Marketing- & IT-activities spanning multiple categories were developed. To monitor the results for each category, SparkOptimus supported on developing best-practice e-category dashboards.
Our support on the implementation of the category tables gave Greetz the right knowledge and tools to successfully operate in the new multi-category structure.
