fonQ is a fast-growing online retailer in beautiful home, cooking & lifestyle products. fonQ asked SparkOptimus to review its business plan and operations, to identify further improvement ideas.
We developed an understanding of the strengths & opportunities of the business based on expertise, best practices, evaluation of current plans and interviews. We transformed these into concrete and actionable initiatives on growth areas to focus on, as well as organizational and technological requirements for creating a more scalable business. Finally, we developed the business case, a clear roll-out plan and governance structure.
Based on this work, fonQ has an increased midterm growth ambition, a well-substantiated and quantified set of initiatives & business case for getting there (focused on directly growing the business and on creating a more scalable business), and a pragmatic three-year action plan roll-out.
