Roto Smeets Group is the largest printing group in the Netherlands. As front runners in this industry, they experience the challenges in this market like no other. Their customers are increasingly shifting towards omnichannel communication. To address the changing needs of its customers, RSG’s content marketing division (MPG.) and RSG’s largest print division (RSCP) decided to join forces. To properly do so, they asked us to assist in developing a complete and inspirational omnichannel proposition.

CEO RSGSparkOptimus supported RSG on formulating the new proposition and pitch towards (potential) customers. In a joint effort with the responsible managing directors, the organizational aspects of this new proposition were detailed, including an overview of required capabilities and an assessment of the blanks within the current organization. Finally, required actions and owners were described in a concrete and pragmatic roll-out plan.
The same week we left, a dedicated team of RSG started with the roll out of the new omnichannel proposition. First by indicating top priority prospects, and secondly by tailoring our formulated proposition towards these prospects. Finally, because of our belief in the newly defined proposition, we were asked to accompany RSG in pitching it to selected retailers.
