Alexander Asbrand-Eickhoff
Alexander is driven by his curiosity and interest in the digital sphere. Following his passion, he decided to assist companies to grow their digital capabilities after gaining substantial insights in the areas of restructuring and supply chain optimization: Previous to joining SparkOptimus, Alexander worked in the Consumer Goods and Retail team of Roland Berger, shaped the growth of a scale-up as CFO from 10 to 200 employees, and completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Management at the University of St. Gallen. In his spare time, Alexander enjoys traveling, kite surfing, and playing rugby.

Rozemarijn Schotel
Rozemarijn holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, including an exchange at University College London. Due to her curiosity about technology, innovation, and the human body, she specialized in Sports Engineering. During her studies, she co-founded AIESEC, a student-led leadership organization, in Delft. This opportunity introduced her to leading a diverse team and working on strategic issues within an entrepreneurial environment. She further explored her interest in strategic problems during an internship at Roland Berger. After graduating, she decided to work as a freelancer exploring different organizations and facilitate a process optimization game. SparkOptimus will allow Rozemarijn to combine strategy, fast-changing and innovative technology developments, and the human aspects with an entrepreneurial mindset. In her spare time, you’ll find her traveling and doing sports, especially skiing, windsurfing, biking, and ball sports.

Tijmen Kroezen
Tijmen has always been fascinated by the way technology drives business. He graduated in Applied Physics at Delft University of Technology with a specialization in Quantum Nanoscience, where he broadened his scope doing courses on finance and entrepreneurship. After his studies, he continued his interest in translating technology opportunities into business strategies by working on his own start-up, freelance consulting on machine learning tools, and interning at a venture capital fund focused on high-tech start-ups. Inspired by his observation that at the heart of each disruptive business is a digital strategy, he decided to join SparkOptimus. In his spare time, Tijmen likes to read and enjoys many different sports such as tennis, kickboxing, and snowboarding.

Sebastiaan Fauquenot
Sebastiaan obtained his BSc in Applied Physics at Delft University of Technology. A minor and graduation thesis on quantum computing unlocked his interest in the power that disruptive technologies can have. During his studies, Sebastiaan oversaw the acquisition of new collaborations for the introduction week of Delft. Next to this, he worked at Mipacha: a Dutch sustainable Footwear company focusing on Fairtrade fashion, where he was responsible for the global online marketing strategy. Inspired by the digital world, he decided to join SparkOptimus for an internship. In his free time, you will often find Sebastiaan on the golf course or playing the Saxophone at the Delft student Big Band.
