Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the dedicated foodservice business of Unilever and industry leader in providing chefs with innovative and high quality professional food ingredients and services. Accelerating digital developments are rapidly changing the way UFS interacts with its customers and how customers buy UFS products. To anticipate upon these changes and prepare itself for the future, UFS DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) asked us to facilitate an e-commerce capability building workshop.
Together with the central UFS team, we developed a comprehensive, actionable approach for UFS to grow in e-commerce building upon SparkOptimus’ expertise and global best practices. We then translated the approach into a tailored capability building workshop for UFS DACH, focusing on building practical e-commerce skills and jointly developing concrete action plans.
By facilitating the e-commerce capability building workshop at the UFS DACH headquarters in Heilbronn, Germany, we helped to build critical e-commerce skills within the organization, and facilitated the creation of concrete action plans for UFS to start realizing digital growth.
