Tom Voskes of SparkOptimus held an inspiring talk about the impact of online on the role of category management and the opportunities for omni-channel cooperation during the recent 2-knowhow congress. Attendants were given valuable insights based on best practice examples and SparkOptimus experience. The changing role of category management in an omnichannel environment was discussed and opportunities for improved online retailer, supplier cooperation were detailed.
