SparkOptimus Managers Steven Koolen and Reinoud Haal presented the results of Shopping Tomorrow’s Direct Brands research and shared insights on how traditional brands can profit from online direct-to-consumer sales during the Webwinkel Vakdagen in Utrecht. Steven and Reinoud also discussed how brands can overcome obstacles when directly selling to consumers and what steps a brand can take to prepare for online sales. The Webwinkel Vakdagen is the most important e-commerce event of the Benelux and is attended by more than 10,000 e-commerce professionals.
