This month the kick-off of the Shopping2020 program took place at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. In the upcoming months over 500 retail and e-commerce experts, in 30 different experts groups, will help to write the Shopping2020 manual. Consultancy companies have an import role in this prestigious program: 17 of the 20 expert groups are led by consultants.
SparkOptimus will lead two of the expert groups: Smarter Shopping (led by Steven Koolen) and Performance Advertising (led by Jur Gaarlandt).
