The growth spurt of SparkOptimus continues. As of January 1, five new employees joined our team: Rob van der Feltz, Laurens van Vloten Dissevelt, Luisa Eymer, Eline Ceelen, and Joyce Steenbergen.
Rob van der Feltz is appointed as Senior Associate. After his Master in Transport and Logistics at Delft University of Technology, he worked for several years at the Boston Consultancy Group (BCG). Before joining SparkOptimus, he worked on an innovative program to assess prices of technologically advanced products at Elsevier.
Laurens van Vloten Dissevelt started as a Junior Associate. He obtained a Master’s degree in Strategic Management at the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management at the University of Groningen. During his studies, he held several positions on the board of AIESEC, founded his own company, and worked for a large multinational in Venezuela. After finishing his studies, he held management positions in two Dutch internet start-ups.
Luisa Eymer joined SparkOptimus as a Junior Associate. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). During these studies, she organized a case study challenge at a congress in China and interned at L’Oréal, a brand consultancy in Berlin, and Rocket Internet.
Eline Ceelen strengthened our Support Team as our new HR Officer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University College Inholland. After her studies, she joined TIG, an e-commerce development agency. As HR manager, she was responsible for recruitment, internal advancement of employees, career advice, coaching, and organization development.
Joyce Steenveld joined SparkOptimus as our new COO. She obtained an MBA from the Business School Netherlands. She was general director at Secretary plus for seven years, and had the final responsibility of the operational management. Before joining SparkOptimus, she was general director at USG Capacity & USG Lawyers, and was responsible for strategic, tactical, and operational management.
