On June 13th, 28 CMOs of Retail businesses joined SparkOptimus for an evening revolving around ‘Organizing for Excellence’. Speaker Dennis Hooijmans (COO Media Markt) and Tom Voskes (Managing Partner SparkOptimus) shared their insights on the topic and fueled an interesting discussion around fulfilling changing customer needs with adapted organizational structures.
