Last week, during the Shopping Today event, Reinoud Haal presented insights on why brands should consider selling directly to customers and how this could be done successfully. These insights resulted from various working sessions with the expert panel ‘Direct Brands’, which SparkOptimus is leading as part of the Shopping Tomorrow program. Senior managers of brands such as Philips, Heineken, Sonos, FrieslandCampina, Accell, and Ahrend participate in this expert panel.
