After reading our book Make Disruption Work this summer, the logical next step is joining our masterclass Make disruption work for you this autumn! Interact with fellow business leaders on disruption and get to know the latest insights from SparkOptimus’ top consultants. We will take you through a challenging pressure cooker program to give you and your organization a head start through hands-on advice and relevant insights.
What will you gain from this masterclass? Last month, during the last masterclass before summer, one of the participants mentioned it at the start: “Currently, everyone talks about disruption, but still little people act on it”. As SparkOptimus, we want to change this. Therefore the mission for today’s attendees was: ‘Discover what disruption can do for you’. By means of 5D’s: discover, define, determine, drive and delight, we discussed the essential steps to prepare your company for disruption – not only by focusing on the “what”, but also giving tools to grapple the “how”.
As new technological developments influence any sector, looking to other industries can help you to win the game. And that is what our attendees did, who all came from different backgrounds and different industries. Their honest and open discussions about the challenges they faced in hiring the right people, working agile, and driving digital throughout the entire organization, really brought the day to a next level.
Both the given tools and the interactive discussions were much appreciated by all attendees, who rated the Masterclass with an 8.3 out of 10. Reactions included comments as ‘very clear explanations’ and ‘great illustrative examples’. Especially the newly added section on Artificial Intelligence (AI) was highly valued. As one of the participants said afterwards “I was afraid this topic would be too technical for me, but they explained it with such insightful examples, that I now finally understand what applications this technology has.
