Last week, Google hosted the Google Omnichannel Event at their Amsterdam location. SparkOptimus Partner Jur Gaarlandt was invited to present and discuss how to deal with the challenges of omnichannel organizations with 30 professionals in the retail industry. Three topics delivered fruitful discussions: where to place ‘omnichannel’ in the existing organization, how to ensure the right collaboration of different functions within the organization, and what kind of talent to attract to make it happen.
