Anneke graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management in Innovation. During her bachelor's in international business administration, she did several projects for De Kleine Consultant as consultant and project manager, fueling her enthusiasm for strategy consulting. Her internship in behavioral change at &Samhoud and work at AI-workforce scale-up Widget Brain sparked her interest in combining human psychology and the world of digitalization. After graduating in the field of AI-guided hiring & perceived fairness she decided to join SparkOptimus. In her free time, Anneke enjoys playing tennis & Mario-kart, going to museums and is particularly passionate about coffee.
