Totaalmarkt.nl is an online retailer of home & garden products. Its Badkamermarkt.nl label is the largest online retailer for bathroom furniture and fixtures in the Netherlands and has recently made the move to omnichannel by opening its first showroom. As online DIY competition is increasing and Totaalmarkt.nl has the ambition to continue to grow over the coming years, it asked SparkOptimus to support with implementing next-level digital operational excellence.

After a strategic and operational quick scan to develop an holistic view on Totaalmarkt.nl, we identified and prioritized both growth levers and operational improvement opportunities. We jointly kick started several of them and built digital capabilities across the organization to ensure Totaalmarkt.nl was able to continuously improve after we left.
