What we did
We prepared and conducted a series of workshops with their top management teams from both local country organizations and the global center. The content we reviewed started outside-in, focusing on digital developments, international best practices, and key paradigm shifts that distinguished winners from losers in establishing a digital presence. Subsequently, we included Perfetti’s inside-out starting point to jointly develop a company-specific digital agenda, local-global responsibility split, and an Action Plan for the year ahead.

Among key management teams across the organization, we established high excitement, significantly increased knowledge levels, and a clear focus on the digital way forward for Perfetti.
