What they wanted

Royal Auping is the leading producer and brand for sleep comfort in the Netherlands. The omnichannel customer journey is key pillar in the future strategy and Auping wanted to make its omnichannel strategy and transition plan towards its digital ambitions concrete

What we did

We defined the customer needs and core elements in the omnichannel end-state and identified the gap the versus current state in organization & technology. We prioritized the elements and translated the outcome in a roadmap that creates an effective balance between fast impact and accelerated effort of strategic and complex initiatives. During the process we worked closely together with management and key stakeholders at Auping through interviews and collaborative workshops

What we achieved

We supported Auping in bringing focus and prioritization in the transition towards an omnichannel proposition and provided a complete and structured overview of all the technical and organizational elements that are required in the omnichannel end state as well as the financial implications to jointly build the future customer journey with partners
