eBay Classifieds wanted to better understand the opportunity to expand its B2C e-commerce market in Northern Europe.
SparkOptimus supported eBay by providing insight in the e-commerce value chains in the relevant countries and reviewing market attractiveness for eBay. We mapped two possible routes to market in terms of proposition and business models, as well as a fit with the current eBay demands.
The result was a clear scan of the opportunity and consequences for management to decide on the way forward.
